Printing this material

  • Keep dry — Absorbs moisture from the air, which prints as stringing, popping and weak layers. Filament that has sat out usually needs drying before use.
  • Flexible — Soft enough to buckle instead of feeding. Direct-drive extruders handle it; long Bowden paths often will not.

Made of recycled tires, this filament has a really interesting texture that allows the layer lines to just blend together. It also smells VERY BAD and should absolutely be printed in an enclosure! This is by far the worst-smelling filament I have ever brought into my house and I do not plan on printing with it again on smell alone.
